How long have you worked at Priceline?
I've been with Priceline Pharmacy Lidcombe for a few months, after years of working in various pharmacies since university. Under the Priceline banner, I've had a couple of fulfilling, challenging years and am committed to growing with my team and serving our community.

How did you end up at this store?
I've been passionate about pharmacy since high school, inspired by friends and family in the field. Working and studying pharmacy led me to a dedicated team, and together, we acquired Priceline Pharmacy Lidcombe.

What’s your day-to-day like?
As a franchise partner, I manage both the dispensary and front of shop, overseeing healthcare needs, prescription fulfilment, and supervising my team across various pharmacy services, from vaccinations to beauty advice.

At Priceline Pharmacy Lidcombe, we offer accessible, reliable healthcare without long waits or extra costs, alongside professional services like vaccinations, health checks, and beauty services like ear-piercing.

Do you offer any unique products?
We carry Priceline-exclusive brands like No.7 cosmetics and Marc Anthony, as well as our own range of vitamins, cosmetic tools, and healthcare products.

Is there something people don’t know you offer?
Many aren’t aware we offer ear-piercing services. Our trained team performs ear-lobe and cartilage piercings with a variety of stud designs and after-care products.

I love making a tangible difference in my community's health, providing personalized care, building trust with patients, and seeing the positive impact we have.

Is there a memorable customer experience?
A customer had a persistent rash from wearing a new ring. Through careful questioning, I identified the cause, helping her adjust her treatment and decide about the ring. It highlighted the importance of thorough care.
